        Clean toilets. Selection of food and snacks. My favourite Ferrero and Rocher chocolate bar was 3.20. I pay 2.00 in Sainsbury's.

        I usually go up there to get fuel or drinks and not found staff members very friendly. Today I went in and was struggling to find a product and asked lady at the till who was just absolutely unhelpful in every way. Her reply was I dont know it must be in fridge section. She did not made any effort to help me locate the item which she should do as a staff member. She was abrupt and did not display any professional, pleasant customer services. This happened today at around 11.30 am on 21st February. She certainly would benefit from staff re-training
