After dropping my laptop and thinking all was lost, my husband, who had used Tewktech before suggested I call. Tewktech was extremely professional and helpful giving me all the information I needed to make the right choice for me. The service was quick and efficient and they communicated everything really clearly along the way so I knew exactly what was happening and what to expect. I received a call when the Laptop was ready to be picked up and they went through everything before I took it home and then followed up with a courtesy call to make sure everything was ok. The laptop is running faster and cleaner than ever! I was pleasantly surprised with the charge for the repair and parts and would not hesitate to recommend Tewktech to anyone with any laptop issues. I used this company and Harry could not repair my laptop. He took it away saying it was a virus, he would clean it and when he brought it back it would run faster and be like new. When it came back he found it was still slow so he pressed a few keys and peered at it, eventually saying he didnt know why it was like it was. They sent me an invoice for 200. The laptop didnt work. I took it to the computer shop on Barton Street. ( Blue frontage) They discovered the drive wasnt working so replaced that. It took 4 days for them to repair and cost me another 150. Its been fine ever since. Trust them NOT Tewtech,

After asking for recommendations on Tewkesbury Noticeboard(Face Book) we chose to contact Tewktech. We found them very professional, knowledgeable and extremely reasonably priced. Problem with our laptop sorted within 24 hours. Very pleased with the result and service. Highly recommend.

I have used Tewktech for few months for my business and I would absolutely recommend them. Robin is really nice and extremely knowledgable. My laptop got a virus last week and I lost everything (pictures, personal and professional files...all my life basically!) With lots pf persistence, he managed to recover everything in few hours...His work and support is always worth every penny!
