I highly recommend James and his service! We booked him for a ride from the London airport to Cotswold, and then from Cotswold into central London a few days later. Two rides totaling approximately 3 hours. Pre-service: the communication prior to booking was great. Responses were punctual and informative. James made the booking process very easy. Service: the vehicle was as described, very clean, nice looking, etc. Water was provided, in addition to charging cables for phones and candies. The ride was smooth and very comfortable. James was a pleasure to chat with, but most importantly he struck the appropriate balance of conversation! Some drivers are not able to read the room and cannot tell when clients do or do not want to chat. James was perfect in this regard. Very pleasant conversation when we engaged! His service was also top notch in helping with bags and doors, etc. I would not hesitate to use James again, and I encourage everyone else to do so!
