I visited the shop today at 1.15pm and was very disappointed with the attitude of the person serving. He did not speak, not even to tell me the price of the item. I paid and he still did not speak, not even a thank you. He did not offer to wrap the item even though it was delicate and only did so when I asked him to. He folded the item in small piece of bubble wrap, not taped down and no bag offered. Appalling service.

Since I retired i have used charity shops for clothes and other stuff and I have found them very helpful a lot of very good selection.
