I just want to say how delighted I am with the installation team and the quality of your product. The whole team were exceptional in every way, theyve done a first class job, its perfect. I researched options and the competition very carefully before I chose Pedigree Pens to design and build our new Cattery as it was such a significant investment, we couldnt afford to make the wrong decision. I fully understand that potential customers will feel the need to do the same however if there is anything I can say to help inform your decision, it is highly unlikely that you will find any other supplier that will come anywhere close to providing the quality of product and installation that Pedigree Pens offer and deliver. You get what you pay for; excellent value for money. From initial exploratory discussion, support and guidance throughout the planning phase and on to construction; a first class service and a sheer delight to do business with, they are the best of the best.

I cannot recommend Pedigree Pens highly enough. When we decided to extend our cattery, I researched the options and companies very carefully before choosing Pedigree Pens to design and build the extension. From the moment I contacted them right through to the final build they were extremely easy to work with. They listened to what I wanted and worked with me to get the extension exactly how I wanted it, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The build was delayed because of the corona virus pandemic but as soon as they were able to carry out the installation safely the team arrived, and the build went really well and fast. The installation guys were very helpful and professional and a credit to the company. If you want a professional friendly efficient company to build your cattery look no further than Pedigree Pens. I cannot fault them and highly recommend them. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Owner of TOP CAT COUNTRY HOUSE HOTEL IN BATH We are so pleased we picked Pedigree Pens for our new catteries. Having had wood in the past, these uPVC pens make life so much easier for us to look after. We bought the family size which is Wonderful for the cats as they had so much more space. From first meeting Paul the owner, Marcus in the office to Martin and Ed who erected the catteries, everybody was so Professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Having ran my Cattery for over 40 years, I know that if they had been around when I first started I would have definitely bought from them.

We have been totally impressed with the professionalism and service from each member of the team at Pedigree Pens. We decided to self-build and had clear instructions and support throughout. We are so pleased with the results and our customers are always impressed with the quality and appearance of our spacious, light and comfortable pens. We decided to extend our cattery in 2020 and chose Pedigree Pens to erect them.The new pens match our existing pens exactly because our original pens still look like new! I can honestly say that nothing is too much trouble for The Pedigree Pens Team, and they have gone over and above to help and advise us, which in this world is unfortunately very rare.
