        Shocking no staff queuing out the door ended up not getting what I wanted

        An utter and complete shambles. This shop goes from bad to worse. I queued for 35 minutes to collect a repeat prescription and then half of the medication was incorrect. The person serving blamed my Dr; she also walked away whilst serving me to deal with something else! One person ahead of me had to return as she had also received incorrect medication. There are never enough staff, so no-one available to ask for help as only one till cashier and half empty shelves.

        Trying to collect our prescriptions is a joke you stand in a queue for a long time to be told come back later that day to find you have to queue for a further 30 minutes then told they need to put it up
