        Working with Mike was my first Personal Training experience. From the beginning I found it hugely enjoyable and saw amazing results. I became fitter and stronger, lost weight and gained confidence. Mike worked me hard and pushed me to achieve more than I ever thought possible. His knowledge and experience is second to none and his no nonsense approach gave me the accountability I needed to reach my goals.

        Ive been going to Mike for personal training for around 7 years. He keeps workouts varied and interesting, and tailors home workout plans to keep you motivated between sessions. He is also extremely knowledgeable and gave me confidence to train even when I was pregnant or had slight injuries as he showed me how to adjust exercises to suit. I would highly recommend him.
