I called in when I was in the area ,to see a car Id noticed they had for sale (on browsing the internet ). All staff were very efficient and accommodating ( and on a bank holiday too) and willingly showed me the car in question - no pressure .. no hard sell. All my questions were answered and we had a helpful discussion about finance. Thank you Richard Hallet !

EGR valve and MAF sensor were replaced , kept getting fault codes, Sarah was great and patient, turned out that the garage who serviced it hadn't used a genuine part and it threw all the sensors off. Part replaced (air filter) and the car is running like a brand new vehicle! Couldn't recommend enough.

I had a great experience when I have bought my cars from Audi tetbury. It is the after service care where you are let down. You are told you are rude when you become frustrated with them, Andy the service manager likes to use a level of sarcasm and be patronising in his response. I was spoken down to when told I wasnt happy with the options I was given. If you are expecting audi service please lower your expectations otherwise you will be very disappointed. Buy your car from there, but dont expect good after care. They will make you feel like you are being difficult when they didnt fix the problem and you have to bring it back.Ive bought Audis since 2007 from Bristol, Cheltenham and Tetbury. After care from tetbury is by far the worst. Came away feeling awful.
