I have only just started Pilates with Hayley and whilst I have done Pilates somewhere else before, I have found Hayley to be more attentive and her explanations easier to understand. I am definitely feeling the benefits. If you fancy giving Pilates a go you wont go far wrong with Hayleys classes.

Started Pilates with Hayley about 2 years ago. Had a lot of old injuries that were causing me joint pain. All these have now almost entirely gone as muscle tone and strength has been built up over time. Classes are always enjoyable and options given to push yourself harder if you wish so great for all levels.

Highly recommend joining Hayley's classes.... she will make you feel stronger, more flexible and able to focus and listen to your body in a positive way. She is an excellent teacher, always working on the essential moves but changing the lessons each week so you remain engaged and challenged.
