Jen visits before your holiday, to meet the cats and discuss how they are normally looked after. During both our holidays Jen sent photos of the cats via WhatsApp, which was appreciated.

Thought I would just update my review of Jen and Adore Pets. We have lived in Andover for a couple of years now and use Jen every time we go away. The cats are still nervous but they come out for her and it is lovely that she sends the pictures so you can relax whilst away from your fur babies . A very big

Jen was able to accommodate a couple of weekend visits despite short notice from us. Fantastic care given and the communications and photo updates were gratefully received. Super service!

Jen took fantastic care of our cats, giving them the love and attention they needed in our absence. Jen was also great at communicating and I must say that her photos were great. I would highly recommend her.
