Seriously outstanding service from receptionists, even on a frantic bank holiday! You could tell they were under pressure but this didnt stop them from performing professionally and even better with a smile on their faces. Honestly Faultless. P.s I am with another surgery in the local area but with it being so busy with the bank holiday there wasnt enough space so I had to go to here for a face to face appointment and Im so glad I did! :)

Never before had a GP surgery I genuinely enjoy going to! The ladies on Reception are outstanding at their jobs. No matter how busy they are they will always make sure to greet you with the friendliest welcome and go the extra mile to help you. The GP's themselves are equally as brilliant, taking their time to listen to every word and help wherever they can. Thank you for always looking after me and my family :)

The Doctors and all of the staff at Terrington Surgery truly are remarkable and I simply cannot praise them enough. During the past, very tough couple of years due to the pandemic, I have never once found it difficult to obtain prompt medical advice, either by a same day telephone call with a doctor or by way of a face to face appointment with a doctor or nurse, I have also always found that ordering repeat prescriptions to be easy by way of ordering online or over the telephone. Whenever I have had cause to visit the surgery I have noticed the staff to be practically 'rushed off their feet' but they have always found the time to speak to me about my needs in a friendly, polite and professional manner and have always dealt with my medical problems very thoroughly and on a couple of occasions have gone above and beyond to ensure that I have received the prompt medical help that I needed at the time. I feel extremely lucky to be a patient of Terrington Surgery, many of my family and friends, who are registered with other practices in the Ryedale area, do not have the same excellent medical care which I receive, many of them are having to wait more than two weeks for a face to face appointment or a telephone call from their Doctor including my 80 year old mum who has several complex and painful medical conditions. I would like to say a very big thank you to every single one of the staff at Terrington Surgery and please please keep up your excellent work!
