Removing the concrete render from our house and replacing it with Ecolime lightweight has sorted out our damp problems completely. The product not only has a beautiful appearance but more importantly pulls the damp from the walls instead of trapping it in, which is what happens once it has worked its way behind the fine cracks that tend to appear in concrete. The customer service and advice is exemplary, these guys are rightly passionate about the products they are selling and the benefits to be had.

The guys at Ecolime never fail to impress with their lime/eco products, their customer care and their first-hand knowledge - providing a fabulous service for those of us in the heritage building/restoration business. Their lime products are exemplary - doing exactly what they are supposed to do and extremely satisfying to use. You want the science? Tom's your man (have a pencil handy). You want an emergency delivery next day? make the call. You need some advice on how much of "this" to add to "that" in the heat/cold/damp/wind/rain/sun? Tom's advice on all things eco and lime is invaluable. It is always a joy to deal with Ecolime and I look forward to using their products for many years to come! Just one person (Tom) knows what he's doing. All rest pen pushers good just at making tea. 3 days lost waiting for delivery. And nobody even bother to call to explain what was wrong.

Very good place to get your plaster and mortar if you want it mixed for you so it's ready to use straight away very helpfully staff
