        Had an absolutely bad experience with this company. I ordered heating oil from them and was assured it was by a certain date. Many days after I called numerous times and was told numerous excuses why it wasn't delivered. Even getting lied to by the same girl on the phone who told me it would have been delivered by a certain date! To make matters worse, when it took so long I asked for a refund because I didn't get my heating oil. I was refused a refund and had to struggle with my credit card company to get the money back. Absolutely disgraceful business practices!
