        Went for blood tests today not my usual doctors surgery so had to come here to st clements Ive never been to this surgery before and after today I will not go again the receptionist was so rude how shes on the reception is beyond me she certainly does not have customer skills and spoke to me so abrupt and rude ! Definitely needs to be spoken to about her attitude
