Working with Kim was difficult, documentation wasn't sent promptly and communication was slow, but the worst experience was her lying and trying to bully me in to moving earlier than we'd discussed. As a first time buyer, i really felt she tried to take advantage of me, I'm assuming so she could get the commission on this sale in her next pay check! Beware!

We had the absolute worst experience here!! We were trying to rent a property and being refused an exact date of move in with only a rough guide as to when. Once this time frame had passed was not ideal as she had no clue when we would move in. How this is possible- I have no idea. We ended up having to pull out due to having nowhere to live and yet we got charged for the pull out- 150!!! Totally unfair in our opinion as we had to pull out due to their incompetence. I read the reviews here before hand and I just wish we had listened. She stopped answering our calls, never responded to texts or calling back or emails and generally didn't keep us in the know. She took our full deposit before move in also which took about 3 weeks and a whole lot of mithering to get back! AVOID at all costs!!

Arranged 2 appointments to view a house and on both occasions did not bother to turn up. when we called to see why they had not turned up but they just ignored the calls however was on whats app. so sent a message again and read the message and blocked my daughter. if you are paying money to let your property you will be waiting along time

Having used this company to market two properties I would never use or recommend them again. From a total inability to communicate effectively through to simple ineptitude, they consistently set low standards and failed to meet them. Two "planned" open days on each property did not happen and childish excuses were given as to why. Virtually no interest in either property in 4 months even though one is now sold after 3 weeks with another agent and the other is getting multiple viewings. I think I'll put this down to taking one for the team. Avoid! Is it possible to give no stars?? It would appear not, hence I've been forced to give one.
