Heronden Veterinary Practice

I am so glad I found Heronden, I have very nervous rescue dogs and the vets and nurses here do everything they can to ease my dogs anxiety. During covid a different vets wanted me to tie my dogs outside to a post and leave them whilst they came and took them inside. My dogs were crying and so was I. At heronden the vet just came outside to treat my dogs. 5 min injections and check up. Easy! I would recommend

Best Veterinary service in the area and I have been to most, always had very good service as they are an independent and not run by a clomgomerate.

Absolutely excellent service from first contact through to assessment, treatment and aftercare. Staff so professional, friendly and courteous . Relatively speaking very reasonably priced. No hesitation in highly recommending this vetinary practice. Many thanks Steve

I have just started taking my pets to Herondens Vets (Dec 2022) having used Cinque Ports all my adult life, and my parents having been close fiends of the original practice owners the Brodericks for many many years. My last visit (Dec 2022) to Cinque Ports Vets Tenterden was terrible. First I had to drive to the vets as they don't answer the phone and i couldnt make an appointment. Then Laura the Vet completely missed my cats Renal failure and lump and prescribed completely inappriate antibiotics and pain relief for her that could would have made things much worse. If I hadnt trusted my gut instinct and took her staright to Herondens im sure she would not be with us now. Herondens Vets where so helpful, understanding and really bent over backwards to see me. I saw Vicky, she was so switched on, really thorough and on it straight away. After running tests a diagnosis was made really swiftly a treatment plan was put in place with correct medication and pain relief. Vicky called me the following day to check on my cat and then again a couple of days latter as this was just before christmas. We visited again this week (Jan 3rd 2023) and after more tests we recieved some fantastic news that my cat is a lot better and though in renal failure stage 1, she was in a much better situation after her treatment. she is now like a kitten again, happy and full of life playing and enjoying life. I have 5 cats and they will all be under the care of Heronden Vets now, Incidentally Cinque Ports Tenterden Vets are being very difficult about sending my pets history to Herondens. Say's it all really. I highly recommend Heronden Vets, thank you so much Vicky for seeing me.
