        Visited Tenterden & pre booked taxi for vineyard. Excellent service from our driver, arrived on time to & from location, friendly. Also helped book for a later booking due to no other firms available. Excellent service, totally recommend

        The company were great during the day with trips to & from winery to hotel but let us down at night when promised a pick up at 11pm after dinner. Very disappointed.

        Failed to show up after pre booking. Tried calling and now answer. Appalling customer service. Left stranded with no other taxis available. Poor end to a nice evening.
