Paydens Tenterden

Always greeted by friendly staff, never have an issue here getting medication compared to other places in Tenterden where there is always a problem. The one time I was unable to get medication they explained why and were really lovely about it. Great place !

Just had my first experience using Paydens. When dealing with an issue at the dispensary (was standing there for ages and being ignored so asked why I was being ignored) the older middle-aged woman who works on the make up till the other side of the shop butted in and shouted out that I was at the wrong till and I said oh I didnt know never been in here before - the staff could see me standing here she then shouted at me well COMMON SENSE and rolled her eyes! How rude. Didnt know selling a few nail varnishes makes you so above everyone else! Lady on the pharmacy kindly apologised for the rude womans behaviour and they sorted out the medication I needed. Gift shop at the back is very nice. Avoid make up counter!!

9 Months ago I said Paydens gave a brilliant service , NOT anymore , service is dreadfull, where have all the lovley previous staff gone , is this now under new management, if so they need to take heed, as our other choice in Tenterden is no better .

Lovely place can get sum real good little gifts for xmas n birthdays,cheaper than WH Smith for thanku cards lovely selection too,friendly helpful staff
