Bond Street to Your Street

DONT SELL YOUR ITEMS HERE. MUCH BETTER OFF SELLING THEM YOURSELF ON EBAY OR VESTIARE COLLECTIVE. firstly, this store has incredibly limited visibility. Left my items here for over a month in peak season and they didnt sell. I also noticed that they waited an extremely long time before they put my items on the website. Secondly, they dont look after your items well. They put a sticker on the sole of the shoe which is impossible to get off and has left a mark on the bottom of one of my expensive shoes. Moreover, they lost the authentication I had for one of my pairs of shoes. Also, considering how battered the sticker was on the sole, it seemed as if they had gone through a lot of wear since leaving them at the store. Lastly, I thought the customer service was horrific. The store manager and one of the workers lied to me. They assured me that they would call me and promised me they would find my lost authentication. None of which happened. They just completely fobbed me off. I even heard the boss say that my authentication tags didnt matter and didnt affect the price. That is completely false and anyone buying/selling 2nd hand designer goods knows that. So if you want to waste your time, not sell your items and get them back in worse condition, use Bond Street to your street. Please dont waste your time and use eBay or vestiare collective.

I havent purchased from BSTYS as yet, but friends have done and have been thrilled with their purchases. Their stock, great prices and brilliant customer service gives me every reason to shop when the bag I am after comes along!
