Nice & Neat

My father is in a care home, his washing was returned to him damp and smelly, my Dad called to complain, no offer to come and pick it up and do it again and no refund offered, I have sent an email and had no response. Terrible service and worse customer service.

Well really don't want to give this establishment any stars. Took super king duvet to be washed it had to write out my own 'ticket' informed by stern male who entered the shop....one week, lady said maybe earlier. 5 days later phoned to be told duvet ready so drove over to collect. 24 miles round trip....upon arrival they were unable to locate it, phone calls to someone else by lady in the shop and thorough serching by her & myself no duvet to be found. Told by person on the phone "come back Saturday". Returned Saturday twice 09.30, 10.30 shop close. Phone messages left...no updates. Returned today, duvet found but severly damaged. 30 compensatipn given only for total disaster needless to say will not return and do not recommend.
