        I spent 2565 on a settee in this shop whilst I was visiting friends in Kent from where I live in a Lincoln. I have repeatedly asked Ingrid for an invoice for the settee. Initially, unknown to me, she gave an invoice to her delivery chap when he brought the settee to Lincoln on the 15th November. He forgot to give it to me. She told the driver she would email me another and he threw his away. I did ask Ingrid, the owner, for the fourth time, for the invoice and stated I would do a Google review detailing her abysmal customer service if I did not receive by yesterday. No invoice so here is her 1 review. How long does it take to copy the invoice and email to me? I hate to think what service you would get if you bought an item which had a fault.
