        My wife tried to exchange some childrens PJs which were a gift. Utterly unhelpful, dont understand consumer rights. Dont recommend, ignorant staff.

        The staff were so rude ... Ive never been spoken so rudely by staff .. because my mum didn't have a receipt..which we did have and the item was faulty which you font need a receipt for any way

        This visit was amazing. We were looking for something special this visit, not what you'd probably go there for. The two girls behind the desk were angels. Between us we managed to arrange all the details and they supplied us with what we wanted. Can't say how 'satisfied' we were this visit. Intrigued? I'll hopefully put a pic on later and you'll understand. If not.. keep guessing
