I am so thankful for Dr Timms. I have been searching for answers recently and have come across many barriers to finding a diagnosis. That was at least until I had a consult with Dr Timms. I felt heard, understood and treated holistically. I am so thankful for the kindness and care shown. I would recommend this surgery, even when under huge strain with the ever growing population of Tenterden, duty of care is still at the forefront. Thank you so much

A big thank you to Doctor Stone and Doctor Able for reassuring my husband and I - Timothy and Julie Wren. To get an appointment is depressingly dreadful but when you finally get an appointment by queuing up outside the surgery (we British love to queue) it's great!

Having arrived at the surgery just over five minutes late in agony, the Consultant refused to carry out my scan despite knowing my condition and the urgency of my scan. What irks me is that I was kept waiting for my last appointment, six months ago, for over 10 min yet I didn't complain. Both times I have been to this surgery has been a very unpleasant experience.

I love this surgery. I have been registered here all my life and I don't trust anyone else. They're absolutely fantastic when it comes to sorting out anything whether it be referrals, appointments or medications. They were amazing during my chemotherapy and so supportive. They go above and beyond for their patients.

Yet again poor service from what used to be a great surgery. I received a phone call from the surgery.we need to book in a medication reviewour next bookable appointment is in May? Me: ok but can it be with my registered GP it would be nice to have a continuity of service? Surgery: you cant book an appointment with him until June! Bonkers! If you need an urgent appointment you have to phone on the day and take luck as your only aid. Very difficult if you work full time too! I suspect this is simply pushing more people to an already very overloaded A&E at the William Harvey. Again such a shame for what used to be a brilliant survey.
