We have been working with Sarah since Juice Executive opened in 2015 and she has become an absolutely key part of our team. We have used Sarah in many different ways which reflects her adaptability and flexibility which is so important for small and medium businesses! Initially we needed a mentor to obtain our SALSA accreditation which is how we first met Sarah. This was successful and Sarah really made an effort to understand the business and the team. We continued to use Sarah for HACCP training workshops, technical advice on labels and nutritional calculations, and then as the business grew we started to work with Sarah on a retainer basis each month. This has been incredibly important for us as a business and Sarah has achieved a huge amount for us - we have a newly organised Food Safety and Quality system, and a management team who are confident and committed to the very highest standards of Food Production. Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable, practical and genuinely understands the needs of small businesses. She is brilliant at working with people.
