        I thought they"cleaned" on-site but they don't. So don't expect to get your item back quickly.

        Not impressed. I had a set of curtains dry cleaned and they came back in pretty much the same state they went in. Given the price and previous ratings, I expected better. They also took all the hooks off and then didn't return them. At the very least, they could have called me to let me know when the curtains were ready, given that they didn't give an exact date for when they would be ready.
