Facias, soffits and guttering replaced. Professional job with excellent customer service. No mess and house looks amazing. Would definitely recommend this company. We picked MKW over companies that quoted us, due to being a long time established firm with years of experience. Was the right choice for sure. Would use again without hesitation.

Dont normally leave reviews, but feel you deserve one. You have just completed my installation of 9 windows, 2 doors and a set of Bi-Folds, from start to finish I was kept informed and what questions I had may have seemed silly to the two installers but they explained every query that I had. So sorry but with my OCD I was dreading the whole process but now i know that I didnt need to worry. Special thanks to the girls in the office, totally patient with me and always helpful. I shall be back for my gutters and garage.

Bought a house which has Mid Kent windows in that are only 4 years old. The windows have a 10 year guarantee but mid Kent wont honour it as Im a new owner of the home. What it does prove though is that a) their windows dont last as the seal in one window has gone in just 4 years, and the door and windows and faded significantly! b) their guarantees are only worth anything if you intend to stay in the same house for 10 years c) I feel this is poor customer service and it will mean that I will never buy Mid Kent windows and will encourage others to avoid!
