Belle's Thai Kitchen

My boyfriend surprised me with a cooking class at Belle's Thai Kitchen for my birthday last weekend and I loved every minute of it. There were two other people on the cooking class and Belle really made us all feel comfortable and at home (in her home). She told stories of her upbringing in Thailand and how she came to run these cooking classes. Everything she taught us was fully explained and I didn't expect the class to be so informative. Belle also told us all the best places to buy the ingredients locally and what substitutes could be made if necessary. I felt Belle was fully equipping us to be able to go home and cook these dishes for ourself, future proofing our cooking and techniques. I left so much more knowledgeable about Thai cooking and cooking in general. The classes are such great value for what is involved, we were there for a long time, nothing felt rushed, all the ingredients were such high quality and we made so much food! We made veh spring rolls, prawn pad Thai and chicken Thai green curry on this class. Thank you so much Belle, you made my birthday and we can't wait to cook these dishes again, made possible by Belles emailing us the recipes afterwards! Thank you, Millie and Joe.

A cookery class was given to me for a Christmas present and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed it. The class was in Belle's kitchen at her home and she is all kitted out so we each had our ingredients, gas burners and woks. Belle is a lovely lady, she's friendly and informative and her cookery instructions were brilliant. By the end of the class I had cooked 3 amazing dishes which were all delicious - can't wait to have a go on my own !! I would highly recommend this as a great afternoon out.

I purchased a Saturday cookery class for my mother for a Christmas present, and am writing this review on her behalf. She had a great time! She thought the tuition was excellent, thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and loved the dishes she cooked. She will definitely be back to try out some different recipes!
