        Absolutely disgusted by the way i was spoken to today at this store by an older, very rude member of staff at the kiosk. I merely wanted to change up a scratch card that i got for my birthday so i walked up to the kiosk and was greeted with no smile, not even a hello, and asked her if i could change it up, i could see my three year old walking off so asked him if i should choose some more scratch cards to engage in conversation and keep him there with me. This lady then sternly refused to serve me and accused me of making my 3 year old son gamble?! In complete shock i told her the scratch cards were clearly for me and again she told me i was making my son GAMBLE? A three year old who has no concept of money or even what a scratch card is? Even if he did know and i was making him gamble i still dont expect to be spoken to the way i was. Disgusting service and not the first time ive seen or heard of staff being unnecessarily rude here.
