Arrived today and asked for a basic clean inside and out. Guy said 25 and asked me to un hook the car seat, so they could clean the back seat, which I did.
I came back, got charged 35 for a platinum clean which I hadnt asked for. I queried this as I have never paid more than 25 before and the two men working there were quite rude and I felt quite uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, when I arrived home the back seat, under the car seat was still very dirty as they had not even bothered to check under the unhooked car seat.
Very disappointed. Will def not be using them again! Service: Auto interior vacuuming
