I have frequented Cecil's on a two occasions within a week. On both occasions we were welcomed with a warm smile and friendly conversations... The Ecuadorian coffee and hot chocolate is probably the best I've tasted, combine this with the friendliest staff you would want to meet, Ceci's is a must visit for food and beverage lovers everywhere!! A big thank you to Allison, Ceci, Jo and Sam, for creating a natural welcoming atmosphere.

What a hidden gem! Ceci and Jo were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating with regard to the various dietary requirements. The recommended breakfast bagel was banging! Thank you so much fabulous ladies

We found this cafe by chance as the cafe we normally stop at on route home was closed. We were greeted on arrival by Jo. I am gluten free and was delighted when Jo told me I could get a gluten free breakfast. My friends had the breakfast bagel while I tucked into sausage, bacon, scrambled egg, mushroom and tomato with gluten free toast and real butter. My friends reported that the bagels were delicious. The cafe was an unexpected gem . It has a lovely atmosphere and Jo the waitress is so friendly. Ceci the owner/chef is also lovely.

Always been pleased with the food & service here. However, today my family & I had lunch here before going on the Santa Special steam train. My toasted sandwich was served with the underside completely burned & edible. A new one was prepared, but by the time I got it, the rest of my family had finished their lunch. Rather spoiled the experience. Kid-friendliness: Toys & high chairs available
