        I contacted Jamie as I was having issues with my pc running very slowly as well as problems with connection to broadband in our garden office. When we met, it was a refreshing change to be able to talk to an IT expert who was personable and able to explain the problem and potential solution in laymans terms. He logged into my pc virtually in order to diagnose any problems with it and provided a quote for a mesh system which enables the broadband to be extended to the garden. He kept me up to date with progress at all times, and came to the house to fit the new system, which worked very well, despite uncontrollable delays caused by a power cut. He very kindly also offered to download the files and pictures from an old pc that hadnt been used for years, at no additional cost. I would have no hesitation in recommended Jamie. He is very knowledgable and professional to deal with.
