I must have called them over 15 times in a space of 2 weeks because I had a query regarding one of the products they are selling before going ahead to place my order (they do have a phone number showing on their web side). They never answer the phone, it diverts to voicemail of some other company name. I've even left couple of messages with my number, I'm still waiting. I left it couple of days and went on their web side and the following message appears now: "As a small family run company, we are currently taking a well earned breakAs a result no orders will be processed or shipped from the 09/08/2022 to the 23/08/2022. All orders placed in the meantime, will be dispatched on our return to the office on the 24/08/2022." Seriously?? Total waste of time! Anyway I spent my 500 pounds at Truly PVC Limited who sell exactly the same products, who answered their phone immediately, dealt with query before I placed my order online, dispatched my order next day(with a tracking number), delivery was ONLY 18 compared to the 62.71 delivery that Conservatory Spares are charging!

I was very pleased to have found the correct Marley Classic Conservatory Gutter Brackets and that they were at a very reasonable price (1.83 each) - I purchased four. The only disappointment was that I was charged a flat rate of 7.20 for shipping via Hermes who collected my package from Conservatory Spares two days after I placed my order and then took 7 days to deliver the package to me. Using Hermes for their deliveries lets them down.
