It's been an absolute pleasure to work with Ryan, once again, on our contracts. Ryan and his team have simplified a long and complicated contract into a concise version, written in a customer friendly way. Our objective was to have a set of terms written in plain English. The context boxes bring explanation to the key terms. I am very pleased with the result.

The visualised overview of our long-form T&Cs, provided by Visual Legals and Cracknell Law, now offers our clients the benefit of understanding where they stand, from a legal perspective, in an easy-to-understand manner and at-a-glance offering a sense of what's required and what's expected. We now have a simple, attractive, one-pager that invites a conversation as to the basis of how we can do business together whilst powerfully and clearly demonstrating a level of professionalism that both my clients and my services deserve; without getting into too much detail, too soon. Contracts can be quite bland documents so when we saw the creativity that Ryan and his team have used to make our Business Terms clear, easy to read and visual yet maintaining the professionalism you would expect from a legal contract we were over the moon. The Terms are now much more engaging and the visualised contract journey is a huge help for our Team too. A breath of fresh air and Im sure something that will be a key stand out talking point with our clients.

We have been extremely impressed by the support and service received by Ryan and the team at Visual Legals and Cracknell Law. As a result we were able to create complex and clear legal documents to support our specific business requirements. Ryan shared his knowledge, experience and guidance giving us the tools required to make important business decisions.
