Recently worked with Cracknell Law to get all my legal documents inline including; contracts, cookies policies, T and C's etc. I had interaction with multiple staff members at the company and all of them were friendly, responsive, informative and professional. Cracknell Law were recommended to me when it came to needing assistance with the trademarking process and getting a suite of documents drafted (such as website T&Cs, cookies notice, e-commence terms, etc.). Over the past months I have been in direct contact with Ryan and have been really impressed hes been friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and professional 5* service. Fixed fees were reasonable and there were no hidden surprises (as is common with most law firms!). Realising that I needed advice on a certain legal business matter I approached Ben at Cracknell Law for an initial hour long exploratory chat. I was extremely impressed with Ben and felt happy with him and the firm taking on my requirements. I wasn't disappointed with my decision in the slightest. Ben was extremely attentive and fast moving throughout, with great communication, feedback and updates during the entire process. He understood how to translate legal terminology into every day language (which helped me a lot!) and had a very focused and professional attitude , always with a good sense of humour and positive personality. I cannot recommend Cracknell Law highly enough and I will use them again if (probably when) I need them.

I have used Cracknell Law on several occasions for my business contracts and have received an excellent service all for a fixed fee so there were no hidden surprise. I have been so impressed with them I have referred quite a few clients to them who have also received excellent service. They are no 'normal' law firm, they really care about their clients and speak to you in plain english.
