        We arranged for this plumber to come on 19 September 2021 at 10.30 am but he didnt bother to turn up. After several phone calls where we left a message which he did not return, he did finally answer, apologised for not turning up, but was not interested in the work. What is the point of advertising if you are not interested or cannot be bothered to turn up. Would not recommend this plumber. I note your reply but the mark of a good trades person is that when an appointment is made they turn up to that appointment or have the courtesy to ring and cancel, neither of which you did. By your attitude you were clearly not interested in the work.
