Unfortunately a really awful year in this property. All lovely at first to get us in. Then once we were in we had loads of problems ,leaks in a number of rooms. heating not working, black mould and damp. Lots of our belongings were damaged. Unfortunately we had no idea when we went to view the property. Nothing was ever done, ignoring my messages regarding the problems. Or they would say it was going to be sorted but it was just all lies. And nearly two years later he has send a debt to us ,which is nothing to do with us. But luckily I had the proof to prove otherwise.

Poor service never ring U back

Astoundingly poor service. My daughter phoned on Monday to book a viewing, come Thursday she'd heard nothing. We contacted them to find that apparently there had been an offer put in even before my daughters call, but this was not told to her. This is not our first dealings with Gallimores, we had the misfortune to use them 3 years ago. They are really poor with giving out information, contacting and updating and general overall service. I think that if we see a property for sale with these people again, then we'll knock on the door of the house and ask to view and tell the people about why we don't want to go through the agents. Also you would expect a vibrant person in the office to entice you to want to use there services, well no, the guy on the phone makes you feel like slashing your wrists. Use these at your peril.
