Karen on reception is wonderful,goes above and beyond,as does the Sophie the nurse with communication....as for the care home itself....needs updating, quite bland in the bedrooms....the grounds although large most of it is fenced off,the only path you can walk is very uneven and when you get to the other end it looks like a tip..ie..old freezers chairs all thrown out the back......I would not if I had a choice put my relative in there...
