Saw Phil for a niggling shoulder issue that had been persistently effecting my powerlifting performance for some months. It became that painful and tight that I just had to get it sorted. Phil spent time explaining my issues and ways of training around my shoulder problems. Mobility drills, alternate exercises and various stretches were shown and regular check ins to see how I was progressing. Phil really knows what he is doing and is always available whenever needed. Highly recommended and will be seeing him again in the near future to improve myself further. Thanks.

Excellent gym run by Phil Spalding ... 1:1 assessment initially,then set up a comprehensive personally tailored programme with 1:1 supervision . Caters for all ages and abilities . Im towards the older end and have a persistent shoulder problem that Phil is improving .. wouldnt hesitate to recommend him.
