        A complete contrast to most surgeries I've used in the past. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, and the doctors seem like genuinely nice people, which is refreshing after having some awful experiences in the past. I also like the fact that they speak to you over the phone before an appointment. Hopefully the developers keep their grubby hands off Templecombe so that the surgery remains small and welcoming for years to come.

        Welcoming and helpful receptionists. A calm and pleasant atmosphere. I very much prefer this type of surgery to the large medical centres which are so impersonal and rushed. Templecombe Surgery is just the sort of environment Id rather be in when not feeling 100%.
