        Got my non slip shoes for mcdonalds crew took over a week to come and didn't receive any shipping information shoes are now wrecked no way to contact them either only had them 4 months and the leather has came away from shoe only good thing was the wide fitting

        I have never been more DISGUSTED and angry by the way I was treated today on the phone with the 'secretary' of this company, who loudly shouted at me when I questioned the returns policy, and then proceeded to hang up on me after I asked to speak to someone higher than her. The customer service of the company is disgusting, and every staff member should be trained in how to deal with customers politely. I was extremely polite in asking what had happened to my return and was met with a woman shouting at me.
