Absolute joke of a restaurant. 20+ min wait for two meals, boatloads of customers all stood around waiting while a solitary staff member drags their feet and prioritises taking even more orders over fulfilling existing ones. Once we finally received our food, it was a mess, with an opened pot of gravy flooding the bag and ruining the food. Then to top it off, the replacements had different sides, the chicken was chewy and greasy. If you want a better KFC experience, drive North to the next exit and visit the Colton branch instead. Avoid this one like the plague.
