        The products are good but cant believe the shocking customer service by the lads on the trade counter. I was stood in there for 5 mins without them looking up from watching a video on their phone. Once the looked up it was if I was an inconvenience that they wanted out as quickly as possible. Cant believe such a large company has people like this representing them. Shameful.

        The skill of handling the forklift and the unloading speed are excellent, but the culture, manners and treatment of the driver are very poor. They are not familiar with the custom of greeting.

        I ordered 9 rolls carpet of the same carpet for a few flats, but they only sent 4 rolls and they said lost the other my 5 rolls !! Nobody even say sorry. they do not answer my calls, I think the manager in the mercado company is like GOD !! because after 2 months i can't find him or her just to explain my problem. they just say pay for our awful services. So I never pay it till recive all my order. Awful customer service. I will close my accounts with them and any of my flooring shops never buy anything from mercado again.
