Ordered a Management Pack from Proxim Property Management which normally takes around 10 days or longer. It was all done and dusted and sent back to my solicitor inside a week. Impressive.

Absolute jokers. Agree with below remarks about random price hikes without any clear transparency as to *why*. Quality of cleaning communal areas = non existent. Quality of gardening = sporadic and poorly done. Promised new hallway carpets since moving in = nothing has happened. Raised a dodgy balcony glass / major health and safety issue, someone came and had a look at it, said they needed to order some cement for it = nil since. That was 8 months ago. Scared of unfair charges? How is 25 for writing a letter - a LETTER sent by post, appropriate, proportionate or fair? My experience has been like living in a groundhog hell. They will be the reason I sell up and get out. EDIT: I note Proxims reply below. I won't be e-mailing them - from previous experience, they'll charge me another 25 pounds to send me a reply. I wish I was joking but every time they send me a letter, they add a charge for sending it to me in the first place. When there is a delay in paying this sudden, brand-new, surprise charge, they threaten with bailiffs and lawyers. 'Bullies' during a cost-of-living-crisis is an understatement.

Always had good service from Proxim, a vast improvement on our previous managing agents. We have a good relationship with Chris our property manager who responds immediately to any query we may have.

She was friendly, polite, and very clear with the details that I required, and sent the necessary details through to me within just a few minutes.
