        Debbie is a fantastic yoga instructor and wonderful woman to spend time with. My baby girl and I attended 6 months of mum and baby yoga, loved every session and we only stopped because she was becoming a more mobile little miss (the baby, not Debbie! ). Was so sad to leave, but I have since done a yoga retreat and can't wait to do another. Highly recommended, you won't regret it.

        Debbie is a fantastic teacher. I'm currently in her pregnancy yoga class and she does everything to make sure the class is welcoming, inclusive and relaxed. I thoroughly look forward to my Thursday evening session. It's making a huge difference to my pregnancy both physically and mentally and I feel like it's contributing to my "perfect" birth plan (if such a thing exists)!

        Ive attended Debbies classes on and off over the years at various locations in Telford. Debbie is a knowledgeable teacher with a very warm and gentle approach. Her classes feel incredibly welcoming. I look forward to going back to a regular practice with Debbie soon and I never hesitate to recommend her.
