Awesome experience from a business-to-business perspective. Mike Freeman treats my company as an individual with its own needs and niche. UAV have been incredibly prompt with dispatching and delivering orders and have also remained flexible enough to deal with my small stores small and sporadic orders. They keep in touch regularly and not just welcome feedback, but encourage/seek it. Whilst I do use a multitude of distributors (No place covers everything...) I bought a couple of mods from here at very competitive prices, one of which unfortunately developed a fault after a few months. I contacted the UK Aspire Vendor team, who got back to me promptly, and offered various suggestions and tests to identify the issue. Unfortunately, the issue couldn't be diagnosed over the phone I so had to send the device back to them. The team contacted me the same day they received my mod, to let me know that they had done some further testing, and would be sending out a replacement which arrived a couple of days later. It was shame that the mod failed, but I found dealing with the team a fantastic experience. They are a very courteous and professional team, with exceptional customer service skills. I will definitely be purchasing from here again! Thanks

Bought a mod online and sadly the Royal Mail lost it in transit. Dave (of UAV) has been incredibly swift to respond, kind and helpful throughout the process and ultimately shipped me a new one via UPS which cost UAV more money but ensured I got my new Vape mod a day later. Highly recommended!!! And thanks again @dave for the exquisite customer care
