Who would have thought the world of teddy bear making had its very own Basil Fawlty? The level of abuse after an innocent query about a shipping charge was so extreme as to be almost funny! Apparently I was both a queue-jumper and (by implication) a liar, for selecting a fast shipping option (my query was that I was charged when I hadnt selected it). Doesnt really fit with the soft fluffiness of the bears, does it? Having made the Fawlty Towers comparison, on second thoughts at least Basil Fawlty was eloquent and literate, whereas this chap was neither Thats not the first time something similar has happened with this individual at this company, and I see other customers have had similar experiences. Good products, but I certainly wont be using this company again.

Always helpful annd great quality fur and when mistakes are made I find theyre prompt with fixing it!! Darren especially is always wonderfully kind :)

Good company but terrible owner, Darren is the rudest,nastiest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, not received my items over a week after ordering and sent a request for help with my order and just received a rude reply basically blaming me for choosing Royal Mail who he obviously hates and that nothing he can do, then nothing but rant after rant from him , even telling me personal information which nothing to do with me, it was laughable as well as worrying behaviour, an awful experience I would never want to repeat, now refusing to refund me until goods returned even though I have never received them, PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL AND BADLY RUN COMPANY, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY DARREN THE OWNER,SPEAKS TO PEOPLE AS IF SOMETHING ON BOTTOM OF HIS SHOE, now have to battle to get refunded for items I have paid for but not received, and if in any doubt about validity of my claim just read the reply he will send to this .. I rest my case, the man has serious anger issues
