        Contacted Lawley branch at 6.30pm and it went to voicemail saying they closed at 7pm so need to contact Wellington (this was on a Friday night). I was told they would be doing handover at 7pm so to come down after 7pm. I was told it was out of hours so would be 100+ I said I was only on Universal Credit so money was tight no response was given My dog screamed in pain when they were examining her and they gave her NO pain relief. They prescribed her pain relief for me to give her. I was very frustrated that Lawley branch had already closed at 6.30pm despite advertising they were open untill 7pm. I live 1.8 miles away from Lawley so could have been seen there. There was a time Haygate used to care about there customers and pets but they seem more money driven now a days... very disappointed

        Please dont take your pet there. They have no clue what they doing. Please please stay away from that place if you care for your animal!!!
