        Asked for a car to be reserved ready for a test drive but was only ignored or had rude customer service. To then be told the car had been sold anyway. Also asked for a part exchange and all I had back was 'ok'. I wouldn't bother even looking here, rude owners.

        Very disappointing, called on Saturday to arrange test drive on a car on sunday and I was told to call back Sunday morning which I did. When I call Sunday morning I was told the car had been sold, I was told the customer left a 50 deposit which is refundable. I wasn't told I could do this other wise I would of left a deposit on Saturday, he then said it says on there website you can, it doesn't say anything about refunding a deposit in fact they can't be bothered to finish there own website off which isn't very professional at all (see photo). I work in the motor trade and this is very poor customer service.
