Forced me to do a level 2 after completing all the work within 4 months for a 12 month minimum course and after speaking to Telford collage 10 months in found out I never needed to do the level 2 when I was working at a level 3 grade and with GCSE's that would make functional skills not necessary. in order to get into university have to do a foundation year giving me more student debt and longer away from home... thanks for wasting a year of my life....

Was referred to this company from the jobcentre for a mandatory work placement, when I contacted them the person on the phone was incredibly rude and didn't even listen to what I said, constantly tried to cut me off mid sentence and started screaming I have no choice but to do it otherwise I will get sanctioned. I only wanted information on how the travel refund works as the jobcentre and this company were giving me conflicting information, then they send me the work placement information and it said if you cannot turn up for any of these days contact us, the very last day of it is the start of holiday I have prebooked I spent 2 days constantly phoning and only got an answering machine so I left a message and got no response, I feel your company really needs customer service training and is quite obvious to me that you are not in it to help the unemployed but because you enjoy having power of the unemployed, If you want people referred to you to have respect for your business then start treating them with the same respect that you would like, I am disgusted with your behaviour and I have not even begun the work placement yet so this is not a very good start for you is it? I will also be making an official complaint to the jobcentre regarding this. I have not refused to do the placement but I do have the basic right to be treated as a human being
