Asda Telford Superstore

Ordered an Asda delivery. Didnt have more the half of what I ordered. But then ordered an Uber eats delivery for the rest of the stuff and lo and behold they actually had all of it. Very disappointed with the service, Asda were so slow at gathering the items that the Uber delivery is over 40 minutes later than expected for about 6 items. Theyll blame it on staff but its poor management.

Absolutely awful store, not only are alot of the staff rude and unhelpful but on multiple occasions I've tried to call the store to speak to their pharmacy and all you get is an automated message directing you to the website and then it ends your call. Re parking Recieved a parking fine which is clearly wrong as I kept my receipts can't Asda afford a decent system instead of hassling customers for money causing stress and anxiety Disappointed at Asda

Horrendous. Rude staff. Dirty aisles & lots of empty bays. Having used scan & go, with several full bags of shopping-the scanner went down & they couldnt care less. Having to unload all the shopping & start again at a till-the checkout staff were so rude-NEVER again.

Very angry and disappointed in the poor uncaring and unprofessional customer service displayed by store manager Craig Buckley and his rude female customer service team today. He promised me that if I return I could change a child jacket that was damaged upon washing. In the end after wasting time, inconvienience and expense he refused through his colleagues. Upset me and my child me and my child who has chosen new jacket.
